So I am proud of myself. I went to the gym 2 days this week. Some may say only 2? Yes only 2, but that is better than 0 which thanks to the FitClick homepage told me my last workout was 57 days ago. I was damned if I was going to make it 2 months since I last went to the gym. Why is this week different? I'm glad you asked. Let's break it down:

Monday: Stunning reviews from my Doctor. Little to no signs of active Lupus, Kidney function is almost 100%. My labs look almost like a normal 28 year old...yep Kudos to me!

Tuesday: Watched 'The Biggest Loser' finale. Felt guilty for eating Panda Express for dinner; Vowed to go to the gym at lunch (an idea I have been toying with). I think the winner lost like 237 lbs. I only have 15 to lose so seriously what is my excuse? Side note: How great would it be if I could go to the ranch for 2 weeks and get their numbers. I could go on "vacation" and end up at my goal weight.

Wednesday: WENT TO THE GYM @ lunch and lifted. Wanna know a secret? I liked it..It felt like home. Plus my company offers 1:15 minute lunch to anyone who goes to the gym. I decided that I am going to take advantage of it!

Thursday: Felt good. A little sore, but hey I did it. I had to run an errand at lunch so I didn't make it, but I thought about it all day.

Friday: Yep I made it to the gym. I decided to see how sweaty I really get and attempt Cardio. I was able to work in 30 minutes on my favorite machine. It is a mixture of an elliptical and a stairstepper. If you've seen one you know what I am talking about. They are new (w/in the last year or so.)

So here it is Friday night and I am feeling really good. Oh my gym is also holding a contest/pledge to work out 12 days in a row for Christmas. I signed the board and was entered into a drawing. I can't let my gym down now. 1 day down, 11 to go. On the first day of Christmas I gave to me 30 minutes on the elliptical machine.
