Nice Little 5 day Hiatus, but back on track.

So, I finished my 12 days of Christmas!! Yea! But then I slipped a little. I deliberately took day 13 off because well my body needed it. But then it was Christmas Eve, Christmas, Snowy, Tired, Oh look it's Sunday night. Hmm. Well at least going to the gym during the work day at lunch has proven profitable. I went today and decided to start a new regimen "Start running in 7 weeks." I have a run for life book that I have had for a couple of years, but I am finally reading it...& I mean reading it. Here is the plan for week one:
Warm up 5 minute walk ~3.4 mph
Run 1 Minute ~4.5 mph
Walk 2 Minutes ~3.4mph.
Repeat interval until you have reached 23 minutes (6 times each less the 5 minute warm up).
Realistically, it wasn't too bad. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
