Well, I seem to be getting good at taking breaks. I'm back on track today and getting everything put on the books.
Having a good day so far. Haven't drank any water yet, but getting ready to. Have weigh in tomorrow so hopefully I will have not gained this time. Going to get a good "last chance workout" in tonight and stick to my diet so the scale will look somewhat better.
