Day one of cracking down

This is day one of cracking down. For the past 6 months I have been killing myself at the gym (doing atleast 2 hours) but not eating so good. I'm talking eating out everyday. I was seeing results but I want to be very fit. Today I did a kickboxing class and 20 minutes on the bike. I really just want to feel good about myself. Im sure most people can relate. For breakfast I had one banna. Lunck half a turkey sandwish with half a slice of cheese and one slice of tomato,10 sun chips, and one can of tomato juice. For dinner I will have grilled pork chops, mac and cheese, and corn. Eating at home alone should help out big time!
