Well got on the scale and it was the same as last week. At least I didn't gain I guess. I'm not surprised, I'm frustrated but I know how it happens. Having a good start to the week. Did a really good workout last night and plan to do one later when I get home from the ball game.
Need to get drinking more water. Only had half a bottle today so far and I know that helps.
Goals for today: 4 bottles of water, diet plan, get in the workout regardless of how tired.
