20 squats , 20 toe raises , 50 knee raises, 30 wall pushouts ,60 front arm circles , 40 shoulder rolls, 60 side arm circles , 40 punches ,60 over head arm circles , 50 thigh toners , 40 stretches to sky , 70 arm scissors , 30 belly rolls,70 side twist , 25 leg lifts , 25 setups on stayball

food intake..

2 egg rolls
17. oz. cauliflower with cheese
green giant blended steam veg.
1 grilled garlic butter fish fillet
1 tangerine
2 cheese wontons
bite of sesame chicken
cashews small handful
small bowl of breyers health ice cream
