I have been told that when you set a goal for yourself that you know will be very difficult to accomplish, that you should tell as many people as you can. It is supposed to motivate you not to let your people down. So here is my goal, hopefully fitclick.com and some strict life changes can help me accomplish it: I want to loose 30 lbs of body fat by July, 1 2010.

Here is my plan: 

Eating: I am going to limit my calorie intake to a proper amount. I will eat lightly during the day, possibly some cereal, some fruit, a smoothie. I will eat a healthy snack in the mid morning and afternoon. For Dinner I will eat whatever is on the table, but I will only have a healthy portion and not go back for seconds. No dessert after dinner.

Exercising: I plan to do some cardio only 30 minutes five days a week. Then I will life weights for all muscle groups three times a week.

Thats it. Wish me luck.
