Ok today I went for an hour walk. feel good I have not walked in like a year. feel energetic. Yesterday I made a birthday cake for my neice. I sent it with my daughter they celebrated her birthday at Red Robin. Oh it smell so gooood. I was so waiting for the extra piece to come back. But my daughter knows I am trying to loose weight so she decieded not to bring the left over home. At first I was a little upset but than we started laughing and she told me mom I am just trying to help you. So I said yes Thank you. Just a little diet humor!!
