First Day

Today is the first day that I offically start my diet -- wish me luck!

In the past, I have dieted several times before, but haven't seen the results that I want.

So, with the help of my amazing boyfriend, family, and friends, I have begun my diet.

In order to reach my target weight, I am giving up fast food as well as soda and
am going to try to excercise more frrequntly.

I really want to weigh 145 (healthy weight for me) and I want to lose the weight BEFORE June!

So there you have it. I procliamed my goals, set a date to reach it, and now.. I'm off to the real world!
