Happy Valentie's Day

Happy Valentine's Day to everyone, whether you celebrate it or not. Today I was suppose to go to the beach near my aunt's house, but there has just been too much going on so far. First we got pulled over leaving IHOP, then my aunt said I'm more then welcome to still go, but that she may not be home because of last minute events. We decided to stay home and work on homework, then celebrate out at dinner. On the way home, we stopped by the grocery store and bought a couple things to make a veggie soup. I do hope it turns out being I've never made a veggie broth before. I have made a chicken stock that tasted really good.

I have been reading everyone's comments and all I can say is thank you. All my friends are skinny or a figure I would die to be. I am very happy to see there are people that I can relate to, have similar goals, and have done it the natural way. This week I sort of want to start new on trying to eat heathier. It will be hard being there's lot of food I can't buy yet so I do have to eat what the household shopper buys. In that case, cutting back isn't a bad idea either. I also want to start getting into tea again because it helps relax me. I know the main thing I need to do is to try to burn more than I eat.

Today was my weigh in day, and that puts me 3 ounces heavier than last Sunday. I makes me feel good that it's not more then half a pound, but I do need to get down to business. As I already said, I have 15 weeks to lose 45 + pounds, which means trying to pull 3 or more pounds a week. I hope by trying to change my lifestyle, it will bring me to higher numbers.
