DAMn! It felt great doing deadlifts today. Me and my training partner hammered out sumo style deadslifts followed by Stiff legged deads for the hamstrings and lower back. 205lbs for 8 reps for the last set. It was f#*kn brutal but it was all worth it. cant wait till next time.
