I discovered by accident that one of the reasons why I was always going over my calories is I was way too low and probably starving my body into stopping my very slow metabolism.Sooooo I increased the calories and can actually come in under. Buuuut I have to basically write off this week and don't expect to have lost anything and am trying to come to terms with this. I am definately one of those people who want significant results after one day say nothing about one week that I now have to write off as a practice week. On a good note I love my workout and cant wait to do it again tomorrow so maybe something good did come from all of this. To all you fellow dieters good luck and be healthy.
