First day on this site.

This is the first day on this site and I wanted to get started right away. I've already started my journey to starting a lifestyle change about 5 weeks ago and have already lost about 15 pounds. I'm currently keeping my caloric intake at about 1200 calories and have designed a portion control system that is working pretty well. I started at 280 and im down to 265 as of this morning and my goal is 120. I'm not really sure what my fat % is but my goal is 15%.
I am currently just walking and doing light weight training. I try to walk as many times a day as i can ...they range from 1-3 miles. I try to bike now anywhere I need to go. I'm doing basic yoga and attempting pilates.
I currently suffer from GERD, borderline diabetes, asthma, severe depression, and endometriosis. So it's more about my health then it is vanity at this point.
I would really love to meet someone local to work out with and be support for each other ..or start a workout group to meet somewhere.
