Still going strong

I don't really have much to write about, as I am well into my work out routine now. I am getting a little tired of the aches from working out, but I know at some point they'll either not be as bad, or I'll become so used to them I won't even notice.
I am 1 week into doing weights, and its really making a difference and has boosted my weight loss, and I actually enjoy them more than the cardio, its just as I mentioned above the aches that bother me. I have started bringing a hot/cold pack to work for when it gets unbearable. (I am such a softie :) )
Other than my work outs everything else is going well, the dieting part, really hasn't been a problem. I love to cook, and have alaways made home cooked healthy meals.
Last night I had no idea what to make for dinner for my boyfriend and I. I am definatley due a trip to the store, but as I looked the fridge, freezer and cupboard I was able to come up with an idea to make a jambalaya. I've never made jambalya before, and I didn't feel like looking up a recipe as I was probably missing half the ingredients any way.
I just boiled up some rice, and bundled some ingredients in a wok (chicken, shrimp, andoille sausage, red bell peppers, tomato, garlic and onion) and added some creole spice, cooked it up, then added the rice. It was really tasty, and there was plenty of left overs for dinner tonight - score!
