Well it is day 5 of my use of FitClick. My friend has been trying to get me on FitClick for quite some time. I refused beause I didn't want to know my daily caloric intake. I knew it was bad (too much). I finally decided to join. I'm glad I did, it has already helped me be accountable to MYSELF.
I have syatic nerve trouble & am currently seeing a chiropractor to correct it. My pain has severly dimished but I still get some severe flair ups that side line my physical activities, which is very discouraging. However, I have been able to go jogging the past 2 days. Yesterday, I jogged 1.5 miles with my brother. Today we jogged 2.0 miles with our sister. We didn't all stay together because we vary in leg length, physical ability, & drive. It was fun being with them & having someone to push & someone pushing me.
I ended up eating a little more than I wanted to today, but I'm not punishing myself for it. I know I'm keeping track, I'm excersing, and both are pointing me in a better direction. Positive Attitude = Positive Results, my new motto :)
