Three more pounds have lost their way off my body! Seeing 121.5 on the scale is SO weird! I almost don't even believe it. Looks like I'll be able to achieve my goal of 120 pounds. But I know myself. I'll see that and wonder if I can get to 115. And the crazy thing is that I raised my calorie intake by about 200 per day during the last 4 or 5 days. And that was after having a couple of free days and eating things I normally wouldn't. I'm restricing a little more today since I have a 3 day weekend coming up and I know I'll indulge some. I always eat healthier on work days anyhow. Fruit at every break with a healthy carb and sometimes dairy. Carrots sticks with my lunch. Etc, etc. Plus with having that terrible cold I hardly worked out for almost a week. I still managed to do my ab and butt exercises every other day but I didn't get back to my Wii Fit until last night. I burned 115 calories in just over half an hour! Ten minutes of hula hoop on that thing sure does burn some calories. I'm still trying to psyche myself up to start jogging when the weather gets just a LIL bit better. I never thought I could get my weight this low. I'm just so darn proud of myself! LOL So for everyone out there who is struggling and doesn't think they can do it.......YOU CAN! Three years ago (?) I weighed over 200 pounds and now I weigh 80 pounds less. And if I can do it, well, anyone can! Losing weight AND inches is the best feeling in the world! Keep up the fight all!
