Let me start off by explaining myself. I’m 5’4 and I weigh 135 pounds, my goal weight is 120 pounds. For month I’ve been trying to lose weight and keep the pounds off. I found this website and I told myself to give it a shot, after all, what’s to lose? Pounds? I think that would be a good thing. Lol. I’m not necessary overweight, but I have some tummy fat and rather large thighs that I’d like to get smaller.
My fiancé recently left for the military and I’m going to see him in April for his graduation. I’m extremely excited, but I want to look great for him. So, this is something that I feel I MUST do.
I publicly want to say that I challenge myself, to lose at least 7 pounds before the 8th of April. Although my goal is to lose 15 pounds; I’ll be extremely thrilled with losing at least 7. I also challenge myself to post at least three sentences in my FatBlog a day. Ready, set, GO!
