On this picture i have 105kg or 231lbs now i'm starting all over again with 236 lbs hope to reach 129 in 6 months ........................................................... different names of this diet::: * TWA stewardess diet * Model “s Diet * Dolly Parton diet * Military Cabbage Soup Diet * Clinic Mayo Diet * Sacred Heart Hospital Diet * Miami Heart Institute Diet * Spokane Diet * Fat Burning Diet * T. J. “s magic soup diet * Skinny .......................................................................................................... Cabbage Soup Recipe 3 large onions 2 green peppers 4 tomatoes (diced or whole) 3 Carrots 1 bunch of celery(green leafs) half a head of cabbage (or one small) 1 or 2 cubes of bouillon (optional) Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, etc. Cean and dice(leave carrots whole) all vegetables an cook with 4 liters(1gallon) water. cook for one hour. drain vegetables. put carrots back in water rest of veggies or drain good to collect all water or blend to mash and return to soup keep in fridge eat with little or no noodles. eat it before every meal and when you are hungry... i eat it 4 times a day first soup and then what is on my menu.it is good to prepare everything one day ahed. this soup is for 3 days if all your familly is eating maybe even less... Beverages are limited to water, and unsweetened fruit juice on days when fruit is allowed. This is a typical outline of the diet: Day 1 - Cabbage soup plus as much fruit as you like, excluding bananas... Day 2 - Cabbage soup plus vegetables as much as you like excluding beans,peas,corn... Day 3 - Cabbage soup plus fruit and vegetables as much as you like excluding potatoes and bananas... Day 4 - Cabbage soup plus up to eight bananas and as much skimmed milk as you like... Day 5 - Cabbage soup plus up to 10 ounces of beef(poultry/white meat) and up to eight tomatoes... Day 6 - Cabbage soup plus as much beef(poultry/white meat) and vegetables (excluding potatoes) as you like.... Day 7 - Cabbage soup plus brown rice, vegetables (excluding potatoes) and unsweetened fruit juice... You can also drink low fat (0,1-0,9%) milk or yogurt i normaly drink whey(don't know if you have it) you can eat every day apples... when you have fruits and vegetables you can take small toast with tuna i know i can't make it only on fruit... when you have fruit day buy different kind of fruits not only apples or oranges you'll hate it by the mid day it is unlimited eat eat do not fast... i will write every day what i cocked for me and my familly and if you track me you will see how i'm progresing i'll also upload fotos every 10 days... need to do this or i will quit soon... i am like that when i succeed in somethin i lose interest... hope with this blog i'll have more will power :))))
