Getting back on track

is so hard to do! For two weeks I haven't been doing what I need to. Sure I had my various reasons but in all honesty I could have made time and tried harder for part of that time wasted. As much as I hate to admit it I think the past week I was just finding excuses. But thats over.....back to tracking every day and squeezing in some form of exercise most every day!!! It is getting nice out and there isn't any excuse not to be outside walking or hiking.
