Day 2b

Well, I made it through day 2! What I did well today? I ate less calories than I burned. I didn't meet my goal on calories, but at least I burned enough to feel like today was still a success.

I am finding that in my case, making my workouts last all day is helpful. I can't do 30 minutes of cardio, I can't even do 20 at one time. While I don't doubt that doing more at one time is better, doing it at all is still good. So by having several little workouts through the day I avoid some of the soreness, and some of the fatigue. Sadly, pain is a regular part of my life, but for a nice change, my workouts aren't making it worse. So this too is a success!
