Just completed a pilates workout. I really didn't want to do anything today, but I made myself get up and just do it, and it made me feel so much better. I have lost another pound...woohoo. The weight may be coming off slowly, but it is coming off and that gives me motivation to continue eating healthy. It was very hard to eat right while my mom was visiting this week, but I did an ok job. And now that she is gone, I can get back to business. I think I even convinced her to join me in the "losing weight" journey.
