The day after the week before...

I'm back at the office today. It was great to have last week off along with the Easter break before then. I was able to carefully plan my meals and fit in time for exercise. Now it's back to real life and trying to juggle my busy schedule. The temptation to take the easy way out and buy my meals is always present since I often eat all 3 meals on the go.

But if I'm going to see any results, I need to put in some effort. I was a bit short on time this morning so I ran out the door to catch my bus (which I missed ) after having thrown some broccoli, radishes and hummus in my bag. I've also got a Kashi granola bar, strawberries and some water so I should be okay in spite of my lack of planning. 

Cross your fingers and hope that this is okay because the last thing I need is to be ravenous when I get home - there's wayyy too much left over stir fry in my refrigerator. I'm hoping to have a reasonable portion of that for dinner tonight.

Great news! My favourite Land's End pants were noticeably looser at the waistband this morning. It was probably the resulting dance for joy that caused me to miss my bus. LOL!
