I think I'm back on track when I saw the scale went down another 1lb this morning after my so discipline day yesterday...I decided to bake my own low fat, low carb, no sodium cranberry walnut muffin and it was delicious and full of fiber, kept me full all afternoon till dinner at 7pm and then I was good for the rest of the night (even my husband ate about 3 and took some to work as his snack today) so I guess that's the trick to find delicious treats that are filling and low in fat and carbs but high in fiber....yummmmm!!!!!!!!!
