Just started using FitClick this week and think it is awesome. I've been overweight most of my life and have been through the various diets and was doing WW but didn't make the time for the meetings, so tried to use the e-tools and found it much too slow to be useful, plus, not that I have FitClick, why should I pay for it?
Anyway, so far, just planning the meals ahead of time is a huge help. I keep swapping foods out until I get close enough to my daily targets to be satisfied. It's pretty cool.
It's a life long battle this weight loss/maintenance thing, but it's worth the effort and I am resigned to never get back to this point again. The extra weight is taking a toll on my body and I feel age creeping up. I'm only 37 and have a long way to go before I give in! Unfortunately, I am unable to do the full exercise routine since I have a torn tendon in my one foot. Right now I have the Herman Munster boot on, so I can still bike and things like that, but I will most likely be going in for surgery to repair the tendon next month. That will put me in a hard cast and limit my mobility and flexibility considerably.
Best of luck to all of us. You only get what you put into it and if that means tracking your calories and putting the sweat into it every day, then so be it.
