I know its achievable.  I'm just not sure how motivated I can get.  But I'm sure gonna fight for it.

I know FitClick works for me.  I started counting calories and watching what was going into my body and then a set back.  My grandma passed and of the 9 pounds I lost in 2 months, I gained 4 back within 4 days.  I'm not a big girl.  I'm 5'2" and just over 130ish pounds.  But since my grandma passed, my motivation to log everything I eat, especially now when I'm not paying attention to every piece of chocolate or the banana bread I baked the other morning, I'm putting in my mouth.  You would think someone you love passing would motivate you even more to get your body in gear.  But for whatever reason, its just not there for me.

So I will put my head to the grindstone and start entering in  all my daily intake, and start calculating my calories burned(since thats new lately).  And we'll see where that gets me in 2 months.  I know I'm losing weight.  My husband says he can see it.  And he noticed I gained the weight back when I was greiving.  So between walking with my 2 year old to the gym or pushing him in his stroller, we will make our merry way to the gym each and every morning, pending he doesn't have a cold, and I will get my sweat on.

Let's go girl, you got this.  Thank you, Jesus, for the life you have given me and help me to stay motivated to satisfy MY body in YOUR temple.
