Old Country Buffett on the First Day of Nutrisystem

After finally makeing the committment to Nutrisystem and following the diet on day 1, my inlaws (God bless them) took us all to Old Country Buffett  after my daughters play last night.

  I'm happy to say that I did great!  I had a Turkey Breast Salad without dressing and I didn't eat the cheese.  This was a great test on day 1 to my committment.  This also is a sign that I will be tested each and every day to my committment to loose weight.
