Good afternoon everyone, my name is Martha and my goal is to lose 20-30 pounds in about 3-4 months.
I started with a weight of 169 lbs on April 5th 2010.
On April 17th, I weighted 166,
and today April 26th I weight 163.
In about 3 weeks, I've lost 6 pounds already!!
It has been hard for me to keep up with the healthy eating habits and workout since I'm not a big fan of them, but now I always think before making a bad choice. I'm so far very happy with the results of the change I'm making not just to my appearance but also for my health in general.
I can't wait until July to see the final results!! :D
