Got up a little later than I wanted to. I only got through half of my P90X shoulder and arms workout. Ill finish the rest tonight. Im going to try and make this a daily habit. Journaling and writing arent my favorite things to do. So it will be a constant battle to do this. Hopefully with one of the most stressfull weeks I have ever had over, I can focus on working out and getting back in shape. I really miss training BJJ, but I want to get down to 220 before I go back. I need to prove to myself that I can and I need to if I am really going to learn and improve my game. Breakfast was light, oatmeal, protein drink, and an apple, sinc ethe taco lady is down in Mexico for the week. Later
