Hi I'm T. I'm trying to lose a total of 10 lbs. at the most 16 lbs. I'm  29 years old 5'8 and now 140 lbs. (However I was 143 a week ago) and I have some muscle (I've been working out 5 - 6 days a week for over 10 years). I've always been bigger due to my height and my hip bones are really huge!!!

I'm obsessed with exercise, but it's not having a positive effect on me because I overtrain. I recently cut back from an hour of cardio everyday and circuit training every day to a new split and a half hour cardio 6 days aweek with interval training. So far the results are positive. I was anorexic from ages 19 - 24 and went from 102 (bones were popping out of my chest) to 135 within a few months. I tried to focus on adding muscle. I have to say that I do look sickly if I go under 120...so my struggle here is....will I ever be able to lose weight like a normal person? Or did I mess everything up when I had the eating disorder?  I mean in the end I'd rather be healthy and able to have children some day rather than sickly. My summer weight is usually 134 and as long as everything is tight/ not jiggly I'm good with that.

Thanks everyone and good luck ; )
