my prep day 5/9

Well today is really my prep day for the week. Yesterday was a good start but a not so good ending. I hand a great watermelon banana smoothie 2 cups melon and one lg banana with ice so good. Lunch Thai veggie soup and veggie pad thia I know idea what the caloric counter was but I got the lunch portion. I walked for hours in the mall shopping. I had with honey from Teavana semi sweeten. Dinner was a bust, falafel, 2 pita and tahini salad which was probably 1000 calories. Thank god I walked all day. I hope blogging helps.
