getting started

well i am going on a week of just basically eating normally so i can see what i am really doing. so far have figured out i indulge in alot of fast home prepared meals. i wait until i am starving to eat and then make a sandwich but not always the best choices because i am thinking of hunger instead of what i should be putting inside of me. i will start cleansing tomorrow and take it from there wish me luck!
