Today has been better as far as cravings go. Maybe my carb/protein/fat combination was successful yesterday. It seems like that would have something to do with it. ? I worked out this morning but it feels like a whole day ago, and although the Y is closed, I think I'd like to turn on the ipod and just dance for a bit. I will be seeing my highschool friends in less than two weeks, and 8 lbs just isn't enough to lose, need to be fit too. I am looking forward to looking at least like I'm TRYING to get into shape when I see them. :) It's been 20 years, soOOoo.
