At the end of 3 weeks here and I've lost 5 pounds.  This week my weight has slowly started to creep up because I am not exercising enough.

Yesterday it was 95 degrees out, which is mid-summer weather for New Hampshire and I felt horrible.  I think I'm not eating enough fat because I was tired, queasy and lethargic all day.  After I gave up and just ate more food (including guacamole) I felt better.

Today it's much cooler out and I feel tons better.  I'm thinking of going for a run this afternoon instead of waiting for tonight.

Saw my super-fit friend at the grocery store today.  I am happy because I'm on the same path she is and I can totally see myself in her shape (although maybe a bit more curvy) in 6 to 12 months.

I'm getting very busy ramping up for summer - I do a lot of writing and, therefore, sitting so I bought some pre-packaged meals to help me make good choices around meal times.  I know there's too much sodium in them, but my blood pressure is on the low range of normal so I'm not worried.  Hopefully this will also help me get back on the loosing weight path.

I am already pleased with how some of my jeans are fitting me - and I'm feeling thinner.  Now to continue on so that in the fall I need to buy new jeans because the old ones just fall right off me.
