I haven't been on this site for a long time, but I'm ready to try again in losing weight. Today I weighed in, and my weight is 246.0 pounds. My goal is 140 pounds by July 2011. I made a mini time line for me that has the reasonable weight loss of 2 pounds a week to reach my main goal. by September, I hope to be 226 pounds. By January 2011, I hope to weigh 196 pounds. By my 22nd birthday (March 17th, 2011), I hope to weigh 168. And the last date is the final goal of 140 by July 2011. I think this is a realistic calendar. Rather shoot lower and reach my goal faster, than shoot high and not make my goal on time. I heard many times before I left the site for a while that if I just track everything I eat and excercise, then this site will truely help. Well, that's what I'm going to try to do. I want to lose weight eating stuff I like. This will show me that extra work out or push I need to do. I have a reminder list too: take it one day at a time, listen to my body, keep moving, and think a free ticket to visit my grandma again next summer, but with my boyfriend (who is a little over weight too and needs to be at least 175 by July 2011). I have a new hope, and no one's stopping me.
