Just Do It

It's hard to workout while I'm at home because I get in a mood where I don't want to do anything. All day I have worked on my classwork, then for about the past 3 hours I have done nothing but waste time online and talk to my friends.
I make excuses for not working out like, "Well, I will have to wait until after I eat and then I won't be able to do anything that night because I will need a shower."
I have to tell myself things like, "I'm going to workout then take a quick five minute shower and it will all take less than an hour."
Tonight I have the chance to go workout with Denise and I know I should. So, I should go to Zumba, even if it's not my favorite workout, then I will walk around the neighborhood with her. There's nothing else I am going to do and I know I'm not going to do much with my class tonight.
