I have a pool at home nothing big or fancy but it serves the purpose. I have injured legs so this is really easy on my legs. I have spent the last few days in the pool for at least 1 hour or more. I feel so good when I'm done. I spend time stretching my legs which hurt a lot of the time so this is great for me.
