Finally, back again

Well, I am starting over again or at least picking up where I left off! I've been going to a weight loss group at church and am in the second week. I lost 2 pounds at my first weigh in. I am trying really hard to go about this in a healthy way this time so the weight will stay off. I am changing my lifestyle habits and hopefully my family's habits as well. I am getting back to whole foods as much as possible and increasing my water intake and my exercise. I have scheduled exercise into my day and a quiet time for myself. I got off track during the final rush of the end of the school year. I have been so busy taking my kids to summer camps and music lesson that I'm barely at home! I also kept my friends 2 kids while she went on a trip. So, I haven't been as focused as I should have been. However, I have been cutting back and watching what I put in my body. The good news is that I have maintained my weight and not really gained any since I was last on here in April. I am also going back to work this fall and hope to shed 15-20 pounds before I start my new job. I need to lose a lot of weight so it will be a slow journey. I keep reminding myself that all of this weight did not happen overnight so it will not go away without time and hard work! I am going to try to use this site to keep myself accountable. I CAN DO THIS!
