working on the start

Gosh, I workout monday with cardio and upper body and boy, I will tell you I am feeling it today , which is thursday. I forgot about writing, I going to try to play catch up . I workout out tuesday just cardio 55 minutes. after working out I felt good . I am trying to stay away from the weight scale that is in my bathroom. HELP....... You know women are train to get up in the morning and step on the scale because everything have not completely move down with gravity help lol...... anyway, it go down then goes up the next day. so guess what I mean a promise to stay off the scale for a month. I learned with my body it is more on the building muscle really fast so when I get on the scale and see the numbers either do not move or go up it make me crazy. understand I am 5"5 weighting 200lbs ( you know how hard that was to type that # down) ok give me a moment , there over it now, I ready to move on . see you later...
