Feeling Lighter by the day!

I am really loving my new plan I'm on (Weight Watchers) the point system. I've been on this new kick for only a week and I've already lost 5 lbs so far and it really feels good to finally see the weight coming off once again. I really do believe that once you put your mind to something it makes a great difference. I was really pleased with myself the other day. Went out to eat for lunch at an all-u-can-eat buffet which I don't do that often because I usually can't contain myself. But this day was totally different. I chose veggies that I could account for and stuck with skinless baked chicken and baked fish. Said "NO" to the bread which is my weakness and really impressed myself. I also started off with a veggie salad and low fat dressing. I see progress and a mind change and I'm on my way and it sure feels GREAT
