I am new

Hey I am new to FitClick so I will tell you a little about myself. I live in Surrey B.C.  Canada  and have been married to the same man for 39 years. I am 58 years old and have 2 grown sons and 2 grand sons. I have lost some weight already on Spark people.com another great program. I decided to give this one a try as well. I love cooking and eating healthy. I believe that weight loss should be done slowly by eating right. I exercise by using small weights and walking. When I can get to the gym I like the treadmill and exercise bike. I hate running or jogging so I dont and I have no desire to start. I was very thin when I was a young girl but started having weight problems about 35 years ago. I would lose weight on varies diets only to gain it back again. I was at 207 and I am now at 187 and would like to be around 150 to 145.  I have gone from a size 19/20 to a size 15. Although I can get into a size 14 jeans if they are stretchy. I am also a Christian and attend a four square church with my husband. We used to pastor a street church in Vancouver and here in Surrey before it got to be to much for my husband who is a left leg amputee and has other serious health problems.  I like to draw and play my guitar. I look forward to being on this site and meeting others. I dont have a protait of myself at this time but hopefully I will soon. Lyn
