This Time!

Well, here I am again. At least I hope that I am here. Still counting the days, if you are wondering, 2-1 means the first day of my second try at this. Summer is still here, and I am still hot. But I woke up this morning with a craving for a walk. To update everyone, I have gained all my weight back plus one pound. This would be depressing, but I am going to look at it this way. Usually in the summer I gain all my weight plus 5-10 pounds. So if nothing else, I didn't gain as much as I normally do in the summer. Also, beyond the heat this year I have had a few other interesting hurdles to overcome. For starters I have had an upper respiratory infection for the last 4 weeks, well Saturday will be 4 weeks. It has been much better the last day or two, and I look forward to being coughless soon. I particularly look forward to getting rid of the cough because coughing is what led to my second exciting moment this summer...a broken rib! That I have only had for about a week and a half. So, exercise is still a touch and go thing over here. I figure I can stick to walking and some light stretching, without twisting, and just maybe I will be ok. So, here's hoping I am back for the duration!
