blogging slowing down

I am keeping vigilant on the tracking and making better choices. I feel thinner even though I am not running. I haven't been doing my daily workouts during the week but I get a couple in per week and yard work on the weekends helps. I don't expect I will be much of a blogger any further as it is hard enough finding time to work out and track the food.
