I started a membership with my community center today to start working out in hopes of losing some unwanted pounds before my wedding day. I was able to do much more than I thought that I was going to be able to do because I have not done much in the last few months because of illness. It seemed as if as soon as I walked through the door, I was ready to get back to normal and do the things that I did before. I thought that I would be worn out after 20 minutes on the treadmill but I was ready for more. So I got on the recumbent bike for another 20 minutes and was still feeling great! I didn't want to overdo it for the first night so I would be able to return tomorrow and do it all over again. If I keep it at this rate . . .I just might be able to lose the weight needed to make me look fabulous in my wedding gown!
