after a few weeks of tracking my diet I'm looking at my progress, and thinking holy crap, so thats why I'm loosing weight. I really haven't changed my diet much. the fact that I have to eat slowly, and I'm at work most of the day. I don't know how I could possibly eat anymore. although since I reduced the fat in my diet, and started exercising again, it is becoming easier for me to eat, if I can find the time to go to the gym, and find the time to prepare food, and find the time to actually sit down and eat something.
on a side note am I the only person in the world trying not to loose weight.
