Thought I was being good untill I logged in my food from my note book yes it was for afew days but went over my alotment for yesterday the other days were good so from last sun to today wt went down but only 1lb so that puts my wt at 185.6 its still elevated from when I droped off and the waist went down also from 41 to 40 which is a bonus this next week will need to plan on dropping the next pound the plan is control the d-word and keep it around the15 mark pls get my butt to the gym at least 2 per week if not more
