Week 6 Day 3

I'm going back to the gym today! Hurray!!! I'm going for the swim aerobics class and maybe to do some weights if I arrive early enough. Getting back into working out is going to be very hard but I know I have to do it if I'm going to be successful. Anyway, I've always enjoyed being in the pool and I get to go to the hot tub after and my hip will feel great!
Well, I did the water aerobics class and it felt great! There was a new instructor there and apparently she likes to kick it up a notch. I'm OK with that as I have been sitting on my lazy rear for 4 months and it was just the kick that I needed. I didn't get to do the weights but I will do that Monday.
