Day 5 HCG/Day 4 Insanity by Shaun T

HCG: Hcg has the most nastiest taste in the world! After taking it this 4th day, I realized I cannot stand the taste! I know I am supposed to wait 30 mins. to eat, but I just nibble on something sweet to dull the disgusting taste! I don't nibble too much just a few crumbs of sweet goodness. So far so good, the whole 500 calorie/day intake is something I'll have to wait to do. Maybe when my kids are older and independent. INSANITY: This workout program is so awesome! I'm so much lighter on my feet than when I started! I never noticed how weak my knees were. Plus, after doing this one stretch, my spin popped, like a knuckle pop, but in a good way! Relief! I thought with each day going by that it should get harder to do mainly because afterwards you just want to fall out and the next day you are sore. But if you keep moving around being your regular routines of cleaning, cooking, school, etc. By the end of the day when it is time to do your workout, you are so energized and ready to go, when you workout you don't feel the soreness at all. You are supposed to replenish your body before and after each work out. I use the equivalent to slim-fast, plus I take vitamins throughout the day, but the equivalent to slim-fast seems to have me recover just fine. I'm having a friend (coach) on teambeachbody.com send me a sample of shakeology, because I don't trust the powder mixed "energy drinks". They taste horrible and don't usually seem to do anything. Plus that bad boy is EXPENSIVE! Like money grows from trees spending $120 for a bag of veggies and fruits all in one, and the bag only lasts A MONTH! YIKES! So...yeah. I think I'll stick to my cheap and easy regimen. PS: Insanity is INSANE! PPS: My measurements since Insanity, WAIST START: 46", WAIST NOW: 44", CHEST START: 40", CHEST NOW: 39", ARMS START: 14", ARMS NOW: 13", ABDOMEN START: 51", ABDOMEN NOW: 49", HIPS START: 51", HIPS NOW: 49", THIGHS START: 29", THIGHS NOW: 29" (thighs have went up and down, dunno?) my WEIGHT START: 230 LBS., WEIGHT NOW: 223.6 LBS. this is all in 5 days of diet and exercise ya'll!!! Even though I haven't lost much weight, the inches have dropped off so fast on this program, plus BODY FAT% START: 57.8%, BODY FAT% NOW: 52.3%!!!
