My days off between Christmas and the New Year were supposed to be lazy days at home but I put almost 2000 km on the car in that time. Now I don't have too many travel plans so I can settle down a bit.
I went to see my brother in Sudbury; as I remembered, the nearest Curves was practically accross the street. The people there were really nice. They were tickled about the article, in fact that's where I first saw it. I had such a nice visit there. What's really cool is that the Sudbury group are also featured! We were congratulating each other. I took a picture there also, they said I could put it in here. Well, I guess we're both posted accross the world now!
I'm really quite pleased by the little article although I will no doubt take a bit of mundane teasing about the axe throwing. I think that as nice as it is to see people losing 50-60 pounds, they also need to know that 20 pounds can also make a big difference!
