First loss...

So finally have started to drop some of my Christmas pounds. Approx. 3 pounds! which is a great start. And as for the eating, which seems to be my biggest struggle, I have been able to conquer staying away from the junk food, and I have eliminated pop from my diet (even if its diet pop). I've been trying to watch my calories, and have done not too too bad. But my main focus right now is to eat healthy foods and no fast foods, take out, chips, or candy-type foods.
I have to admit, after a good solid 3 days of sticking to it, I feel great, I have more energy, and im much happier!
Next week, i am challenging myself even harder. This one is almost psychological haha.....I am a huge TV buff, thats all I wanna do is watch shows or movies....so I am challenging myself starting next monday (for 1 week), to only allow myself to watch as much TV time as to equal the time I exercise! so if that means only 1 hour of exercise for that day, then only 1 hour of TV.
I feel that it will make me enjoy other thing, and will make me more productive and focussed!
