I am so discouraged!!! I have been dieting and excersising for a month and I haven't lost one freaking pound. Not ONE!
It's not like I don't do it regularly. I watch my calories everyday. I go over the recommended calories perhaps twice a week...but I work in an active job, I'm not that sedentary. I work out SIX days a week. It's been a MONTH.
Not one damn pound.
I haven't given up...husband has promised to push me more. I need to lose a pound in like another week or I'm going to feel like an epic FAIL.
